This study aims to provide empirical evidence of the effect job transfer on employee performance with motivation and satisfaction as mediating variables. The research population was 52, all whom were tax inspectors at KPP Madya Malang Indonesia. All members are used samples. A total 52 questionnaires distributed inspectors, 36 returned, resulting in a response rate 69.23%. data analysis method is path analysis. results showed that did not affect performance.
